THE LEVEL (2009) follows Eddie (Paris Campbell), a smooth mob enforcer, as he and his hair-trigger partner, Rocky (Robert Haley), search for their boss, Al (Lou D’Amato), a mob kingpin. Following his trail, Eddie and Rocky question everyone closest to Al, his mistress, his son and his driver in order to try and track him down.
After interrogations, a shootout with a rival gang and an explosion that Al couldn’t have survived, things are clearly not what they seem. Merging movies like Reservoir Dogs and The Usual Suspects, THE LEVEL is a thrilling trip that will leave you guessing until the very end.
