Night of the Living Dead in 3D (DVD Review)

Shockingly bad zombie nonsense.

Donning the old back to the future cardboard 3D specs this was a typical case of expecting 3 dimensional images and ending up with a headache and feeling slightly ridiculous for sticking them on in the first place.

But enough about the crap visuals, the movie is a remake of the ‘classic’ 60s something effort and has low budget, low frills low expectations from the outset.

It starts as a brother and sister travel to the funeral of a dead relative. It’s not long before the zombies start to appear and the movie quickly descends into painful, ridiculous tosh where mind altering substances are required to feel any kind of emotion apart from tedium about anything that is going on.

The acting is terrible which combined with zero plot of any significance, no gore or humour and about as scary as Santa Claus all add up to a dire, waste of time.

A horror of horrors. Soulless film making of the highest order.
