Two Worlds Review (Xbox 360, PC)
review by: Gaz Deaves
A spiritual successor to Oblivion, one of 2006’s best games, Two Worlds fails to deliver any of the charm or playability of its forebear. Where Oblivion managed to produce arguably the most believable and immersive open-world fantasy ever, this pretender to the throne has obviously been released long before it was ready and is rubbish on just about every level. An overcomplicated combat system, buggy visuals and terrible voice acting (“Forsooth!”) are just a few of Two Worlds' many flaws. While some of the game’s environments are quite pretty at times, even hardcore elfwatchers would be better off playing through Oblivion again.
