Football Manager 2007 Review (PC)
4.5/5
review by: Gaz Deaves

The definitive footie management simulation is back with a fresh coat of paint and an updated set of player statistics for the new season. As with previous editions, Football Manager 2008 is essentially a number crunching affair where you take your team to the top of the beautiful game by negotiating transfers, dictating formations and overseeing pretty much everything else associated with running a football team. A brand new interface and an impressive list of improvements between this edition and FM2007 mean that the game is much more user friendly than its predecessors, while maintaining the satisfying gameplay that the series has become known for. An absolute must-have for anyone who thinks they can do a better job than Steve McClaren.
